
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — At Vision Expo’s Call for NEW, Barti unveiled two new AI products: the AI Receptionist, and Quinn, an AI agent. The launch brings Barti’s total suite to 12 AI tools, all built into one platform.
Barti’s AI Receptionist is an intelligent phone agent that answers calls 24/7 and schedules patient appointments automatically, addressing one of the most common and costly problems in eye care: 30% of calls to a typical practice go unanswered. Practices using the tool are booking 10 to 20% more appointments per month, directly impacting top-line revenue.
Quinn, Barti’s AI Agent, is built to eliminate the documentation burden that drives burnout across the industry. Quinn listens during the patient visit and populates the chart, from fields and dropdowns to CPT and diagnosis codes, all from the doctor’s voice. Practices using Barti’s AI features are saving one to two hours per day and seeing one to two additional patients as a result.
