The practitioners explained that when they were looking for AI software for their office, the choice was easy for several reasons.

Dr. Murphy and Dr. Henry explained that their biggest goal in implementing the AI technology was to streamline the entire office process from start to finish for patients and staff.
“We wanted to provide an easy, well-communicated and personalized experience for every patient,” Dr. Henry said. “It is so important to us that our patients feel valued, and by easing the burden of the background workload, we have been able to spend more face-to-face time with our patients.
The practitioners shared they’ve automated every step of the patient experience, automating scheduling, paperwork, insurance eligibility, exam notes, the check out process—everything.
“Our staff are happier, our patients are happier and our docs are happier, which is an all-around win,” Dr. Henry said.

Seeing as how Dr. Murphy and Dr. Henry were primarily focused on the patient experience, their patients’ response to their new additions was important to them. They explained that the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive, and it has made their practice stand out.
“Patients noticed immediately the adoption of AI and the response has been overwhelmingly positive,” Dr. Henry said. “We continue to hear how happy they are to be able to schedule online, use the virtual assistant for various needs, communicate reminders, fill out paperwork online and receive timely and accurate communication from our office.
