Lance Patton Appointed President, Topcon Healthcare, Inc.
Effective April 1, 2026, Lance Patton has been promoted to President of Topcon Healthcare, Inc. In this role, Mr. Patton will oversee all aspects of Topcon Healthcare’s Americas business unit.

Ali Tafreshi to Assume Expanded Global Strategy & Business Development Role
In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of Topcon Healthcare, Inc., Ali Tafreshi will assume the newly created role of Chief of Strategy for Topcon Corporation’s global eye care business.
“This role was created to strengthen alignment across R&D, product planning and our global sales organizations,” said Hideyuki Takizawa, Executive/President, Eyecare Business Division. “Mr. Tafreshi brings a deep understanding of clinical needs and hardware capabilities, along with the strategic mindset required to help guide our global eyecare direction.
